PRICING FAQ
What counts as an "Event Day"?
One calendar day of track activity. A Saturday/Sunday HPDE is 2 event days ($98 total). A 3-day club racing weekend is 3 event days ($147 total). No per driver or per message fees.
When do I pay?
Upfront, when you create the event. Select your dates, pay the one-time fee, and your event goes live. No surprise charges during or after the event.
Why is the first event free?
We want you to run a real event with TTA before you spend a dime. Import your roster, build your schedule, broadcast to drivers. If it works for you, pay for the next one.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The per-day price covers everything: unlimited drivers, unlimited messages, full platform access. No setup fees, no overage charges, no "premium" tiers.
What if I need to cancel my event?
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@tracktimealerts.com at least 48 hours before your event's start time. Requests within 48 hours are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued minus payment processing fees.
What if my event gets rained out?
If the event is officially cancelled by the organizer, email us with documentation (cancellation notice, track announcement, etc.) and we'll process a refund per our policy—as long as you're outside the 48-hour window.
